Emergencies and Unplanned Interruptions of Service

If you have a problem with water supply, please immediately make CONTACT with one of the Management team.

In case of an emergency or unplanned interruption of service where the MLWUC is unable to provide notice to the Members, the MLWUC is not responsible for damage which could result to Members’ equipment (including but not limited to hot-water heaters, filters, etc.). Members must ensure that their equipment is protected by back-water or one-way valves, pressure reducers, or other devices as necessary for safe and reliable service.
